Europa abre un expediente de infracción a España por la ampliación de la concesión del peaje del Huerna
La Comisión Europea acaba de abrir un expediente de infracción al Gobierno español por haber realizado cambios sin que mediara concurso público en los contratos de dos autopistas, la gallega AP-9 y la AP-66, el peaje del Huerna que une Asturias y León, al ampliar la duración de la concesión a Audasa sin aplicar correctamente los procedimientos de licitación e infringiendo las normas de la Unión Europea. Según la resolución de la Comisión, España tiene ahora dos meses para responder a los argumentos del expediente.
