Lisa Armstrong shares cryptic post about ‘going through heavy s**t’ as she leaves Steph’s Packed Lunch
LISA Armstrong shared a cryptic post about "going through heavy s**t" as she arrived for work on Steph's Packed Lunch today.
The makeup artist was pictured sporting an all black look as she arrived at the studio in Leeds to film the Channel 4 show wearing a pink face mask and love-heart shades.
Lisa's chic appearance comes hours after she took to Instagram to share an eyebrow-raising quote which stated that she was shedding the "girl she used to be."
The 45-year-old post featured a quote from Stephanie Bennett Henry, which read: "If you see the girl I used to be, please thank her for me. We went through some heavy s**t together and she never left my side.
"If you see her, tell her she saved me.
"Tell her, when I fell, she broke my fall, and I'm standing again, whole again, healing the best way I know how. Tell her she taught me everything I know.
"Tell her, I will never forget her. If you see the girl I used to be, please let her know, I would not have made it without her, tell her she does not have to carry me anymore.
"Tell her I owe her and I'm going to make her so proud."
